Day of Coordination - Starting 6 weeks out, we pick up and takeover the details, and coordination, where the planner and designer, can then relinquish responsibility. MBW takes over as the main planner, and liaison to all Creative Partners, vendors, or anyone else relevant to the celebration.

From start to finish, we help you with all of your planning, design and event needs. From creating and bringing together everything that is needed to have either an intimate wedding or a luxurious extravaganza or something in between.
Plan as much or as little as you like and we'll pull it all together to create an amazing Hawaii wedding experience. With this package we also provide our award winning entertainment services to truly give you an all inclusive event! We will coordinate all vendors, source all materials, and perform all event preparations for the wedding day. This is the ideal package for the enthusiastic but overwhelmed! We will do all the hard work, bring you vetted options with excellent recommendations and make decisions as easy as possible!

MBW PLANNING 24 months to 6 weeks out - Timeline and vendor management, logistics consultation, access to preferred vendors, MBW online portal, ensure plan is ready for Design and Coordination to take over at 6 weeks.

MBW DESIGN PACKAGE includes centerpieces up to 10 tables. Choose from Geometric, Lanterns, MBW Faux Floral, Table numbers, MBW "6 sign" Package, up to 10 table runners, arrangement of up to 10 tables, and full wedding layout and design studio in our online MBW planning software
